1. Delivery Time

  • For outside city or remote areas, delivery may take 5–7 working days.

  • During campaigns, sales, or high-demand seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply depending on your delivery location.

  • Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping on selected campaigns or promotions (terms will be mentioned during checkout).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Bangladesh.

  • Customers must provide a valid phone number and address to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Please prepare the exact amount at the time of delivery.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept, the order will be considered canceled.

  • Re-delivery may be attempted at the customer’s expense.
