Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.


2. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made via your original payment method or through a bank/bKash transfer for COD orders.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 1–3 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are only available for size issues and subject to stock availability.

  • An exchange fee of 200 BDT must be paid in advance before processing the request.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.


4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • In such cases, BlackBole will cover the shipping charges.
