Coverage:

• This warranty is valid for 4 months from the purchase date.

• Applies only to genuine leather shoes purchased from BlackBole.

• Covers defects in leather quality, stitching, and finishing under normal usage.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by water, rain, mud, or excessive heat/sunlight.

• Damage from improper use (sports, trekking, or rough activities beyond normal walking).

• Normal wear & tear, scratches, or scuffs.

• Accidental crack or accidental damage.

• Issues with shoe soles (not included under warranty).

Service:

• Customers must provide original purchase proof.

• BlackBole reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject claims if conditions are not met.
